We have OEM/ODM Experience for more than 20 Years , including domestic and overseas famous brands , such as Lenovo , Hisense , TCL , A-max, CEIEC , Globalsat , Magnadyne，Fellowes , Sprint , Melkco , GNS ..etc.
Most of the OEM/ODM Projects including Circuit Design , Mold Design , PCB Layout , Lab initial test , reliability test, International Certification apply , artwork design , trial order and mass produce .
For each step we have our great backup , our R&D Dept. including Electronics Team , Structure Team for mold/ overmold , Art work designer ; Still equiped all the possible reliability test machines
1， Lifte Time Test Machine :
For High Temperature and Low Temperature , Humidity Test and High-Low Temperature Recycleing Test ;
2, RoHS Test Machine :
For alll the incoming materials or Subcontracted PCBA incoming RoHS Test , to make sure all of them are RoHS Compliance ;
3,Salt Spray Test :
Which is used to test metal materials , any metal incomings if got rusted after the test then it will be rejected
4, Vibration Test Machine
This is used to test all the cables , all the incomings need to passed our test with our standard
5, Burn In Test
This is simulate the products full working status for long time , it is necessary to have the burn in test for the samples at the new project design and mass produce , which will help us find out any unqualified products ;
